Names travel across languages — Jan, John, Juan, Giovanni and Jean all share the same saints. We match your child's name in any language and choose the most beloved, most story-worthy saint who shares it. Every saint is real and documented — never invented to fill a page.
The photo is used as a reference so the hero of every illustration looks like your child. Because we make the book after you order, the photo is stored with your order until the illustrations have been painted — then it is deleted. While the book is being made it is sent to the third-party AI providers that paint the pages, and it is never used for anything else, never shown to anyone outside our studio, and never sold or shared.
Yes — the exact date of birth lets us tune the vocabulary, sentence length and story pacing to your child's age, and it's kept with the book so the story grows out of who they are right now. Checkout also asks for a parent's consent — three quick checkboxes — before we begin.
Yes. There is nothing to show at checkout — each book is written and illustrated after you order — but once it's finished we email you a private link to read the whole thing, page by page, before it goes anywhere near a printer. Every page is also read and every illustration checked by hand in our studio first.
Tell us on that same page. There's a little chat beside the book: say what feels wrong — the hair colour, a name, a picture that isn't quite them — and it will ask you anything it needs to know, then make the change so you can see it straight away. You can also retype the words on any page yourself. When you're happy, you approve it and we print it. Every book includes a generous allowance for changes like these.
