Who we are
My Saint Story is run by Sirius One, Inc., Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong S.A.R. (“we”, “us”). Write to us any time at support@mysaintstory.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
The book
A My Saint Story book is a personalized, hardcover picture book about your child and the saint they are named for. It costs $49 USD, shipping included.
We ship to the countries listed in the country menu of the checkout. Delivery is estimated at 14 days in the United States and up to 30 days elsewhere; these are estimates, not guarantees. At checkout we compare your postal code with the city and region you entered and may ask you to double-check them. This is a courtesy: it never stops an order, and you remain responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address.
The illustrations are made with AI and then read and checked by hand in our studio. The likeness to your child is artistic, not photographic.
How an order works
You pay by card through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
After you order, we write and illustrate your child’s book. We then email you a private link to read it. Beside the book there is a chat where you can ask for changes, and you can retype the words on any page, within a generous allowance of changes. The link stays open for 7 days; if you need longer, email us and we will extend it.
Nothing is printed until you press Accept. Once you accept, we print the book and ship it within 14 days.
Your photo and rights
You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo and are 18 or older, that you consent to using the photo to create the book, and that you have the right to share it. The finished book is for personal, non-commercial use. How we handle the photo is described in our Privacy Policy.
Cancellations and refunds
In short: at any time before you press Accept, you can cancel the order yourself in Your orders and we refund $46.00 of the $49.00 you paid. The remaining $3.00 is a non-refundable AI fee: that work starts as soon as your payment goes through. Once you accept, the book is made to order and cannot be returned because you changed your mind. For a book that arrives damaged, badly printed or lost, we decide case by case whether to reprint it or refund you. The details are in our Refunds & cancellations page.
Liability
We do our best to make every book right. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. An order is covered by the terms that were on this page when you placed it.
